Yoga is a powerful yet gentle system originating from India more than 5000 years ago. It is the union of mind, body and breath. Regular practice of postures and breathing aims to calm the mind, balance emotions and bring strength, stamina and flexibility to the body.
Bodyflow offers dynamic yoga (Astanga), relaxing yoga (Hatha) and Pregnancy yoga. Bodyflow teachers can teach up to a maximum of 4 clients at any one time, depending on space in your home.
