The Pilates Method is a unique physical conditioning technique that integrates both the mind and the body, developed nearly a hundred years ago. It is based upon the following eight principles of breathing, concentration, precision, control, centring, co-ordination, flowing movements and stamina.

Pilates is a very safe form of exercise and is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Lessons are tailored to the individual and it is also a popular form of exercise during and post pregnancy, as well as following an injury.
