Treatments and Classes are available 7 days a week.
Weekends bookings need to be made during Monday - Friday.
Hours - 9am-7.30pm.

Payment and fees

Payment can be made by all major credit and debit cards.
We do not accept American Express.

Bodyflow staff do not expect gratuity.

Bodyflow's private client's fees start from £75 per hour.

Bodyflow's corporate clients will have a package tailored to their requirements and the fee depends on how many massages are performed. - Please telephone to discuss a convenient package.

Cancellations

Bodyflow in your Home

A full refund will be credited for cancellations made more than 24 hours before, if not the full fee will be charged.

Bodyflow in the Workplace

A three month notice is required should you wish to terminate having chair massage from Bodyflow and the full three month fee will be charged.

Should you need to cancel a booking then a one month's notice is required, otherwise the full fee will be charged.

Bodyflow requirements

Bodyflow requires a brief description of your medical history on booking the appointment, then the relevant staff will go into a more in depth consultation on your first appointment.

Confidentiality and privacy

Bodyflow is renowned for its confidentiality and privacy; all information taken will be kept in the security of Bodyflow and will never be disclosed to any other parties.

Other information

Bodyflow is not liable for claims arising from the activities of its staff.
